The Albergue do Bonjardim is a small wineyard that goes back to 1756, placed in a plateau surrounded by pine trees, oaks and cork oaks, in Central Portugal. The wine process has always been the same: healthy wines with a lot of juice, no residues, fermented in granite lagares without any ferment addiction. The end result of all the attention and care given to this wine is an explosion of color, aroma and longevity. Bonjardim is a wine with a good body, that can be stored for 5 to 10 years. Every couple of years we produce Bonjardim Reserva: which can be stored for 10 to 20 years. Every year we also produce a small amount of Bonjardim Branco, Rose and Moscatel. Due to the tradicional process we use, with no fertilizers, all our wines have the terroir of our lands. This way we produce unique wines each year.
