Bonjardim Wines win the Portugal Wine Trophy 2017
We are excited to announce that our Bonjardim Wines won two gold medals in the Portugal Wine Trophy 2017!
We are thrilled to announce that our Bonjardim wines have won two gold medals at the Portugal Wine Trophy 2017! This is the largest international wine competition in Portugal, under the patronage of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine and the International Union of Oenologists (UIOE).
The first gold medal – our Bonjardim 2012 – is an elegant wine with lots of fruit and good body. Suitable for well-seasoned meals, it is friendly but clearly present. A chique gastronomic wine that does not deny its origin from Bonjardim's cellars.
The second winner – our Bonjardim Reserva 2011 – already won Gold at the 2013 Catavinum World Wine & Spirits Competition in Spain and does not disappoint by winning Gold once again at the Portugal Wine Trophy 2017! 2011 was a small harvest due to the fungal disease ‘mildew’: everything you are able to harvest in such a year is therefore holy.
The wine is thick and explodes in your mouth with a finish that demands all your attention. The wine costs €28 and there is only limited stock available: reserve your Reserva by sending an e-mail to info@bonjardim.nl! This is a wine that you want to nib from a royal crystal glass and combine with a feast meal in the company of your dearest.
Our wines will now be submitted to the Asia Wine Trophy 2017, stay tuned!
